Debra Gile

Debra K. Gile, age 60, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2014, at Ripon Medical Center.

Debra was born June 29, 1954, in Winona, MN, the daughter of Lyle and Norma (Hanson) Daffinson. She graduated from Gale Ettrick Trempealeau High School in Galesville, WI Debra was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, fishing, traveling and gardening. She attended Hillside Assembly in Ripon. Debra was known for her sense of humor and the love she showed toward everyone. She was loved by all who were fortunate to have known her. Debra devoted most of her time to her children and family and had a love for them that exceeded all. We will always remember her infectious sense of humor and her loving and caring personality.

Survivors include three children, Roger (Jennifer) Daffinson of Seymour, WI, Shannon McFarlin of Tennessee and Kayla Gile of Fond du Lac, WI; two grandchildren, Elysia and Jayden; six brothers and sisters, Steve (Debbie) Daffinson of Green Bay, WI, Sue Daffinson of Ripon, WI, Mike (Amy) Daffinson of Cochrane, WI, Linda (Joe) Morris of Ripon, WI, Randy (Laurie) Daffinson of Seattle, WA and Pam Conrad of Ripon, WI and many nieces and nephews. Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Lyle and Norma; sister, Rhonda Daffinson and niece, Lindsay Daffinson.

Visitation for Debra will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015, from 1 – 2:00 pm at Hillside Assembly, 656 W. Oshkosh St., Ripon, WI 54971.

Memorial service for Debra will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015, at 2:00 pm at Hillside Assembly in Ripon. Reverend Donald Deike will officiate. A memorial is being established in her name.
