Della "Nita" Weinkauf

Della “Nita” Weinkauf, age 66, of Brandon, WI, passed away of Pancreatic Cancer on Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at her home with her family by her side.
Nita was born June 16, 1948, in Portland, OR, the daughter of Lester and Dorothy (Coultas) Hartsoe. She graduated from James Madison High School in Portland, OR and went on to further her education at Mesa Community College in Mesa, AZ. On June 4, 1982, Nita married David Weinkauf. Nita loved traveling, cooking, reading and spending time with family. She touched many lives through her church family as an usher at Grace Lutheran Church. Nita took pride in donating for the food pantry and helping those in need.
Survivors include her husband, David Weinkauf of Brandon, WI; five children, Christine (Dale) Cox of Marietta, OK, William (Scarlett) Lovell Jr. of Brandon, WI, Cliff (Katie) Weinkauf and Jennifer (Edward Campbell) Portz both of Ripon, WI and Anthony Luis (Jocelyn) Weinkauf of Fond du Lac, WI; eight grandchildren, Jordan, Alyssa, Angela and Adrian Weinkauf, Amber and William Lovell III, Hailey Portz and Ayden Engel and siblings, John and Jim Hartsoe, Lilie Morris and Charlotte “Missie” Young. Nita was preceded by her parents.
Visitation for Nita will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014, from 9 – 11:00 am at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 430 W. Griswold St., Ripon, WI 54971.
Memorial service for Nita will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014, at 11:00 am at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon. Reverend Clay R. Salmela will officiate. Memorials may be directed to Community Food Pantry, 102 W. Jackson St., Ripon, WI 54971.
