Dennis Gene Burk, 33, formerly of Ripon, died May 17, 1989, in Dallas, TX.
He was born June 18, 1955, in Crystal Lake, IL, to Lloyd and Hazel Wallace Burk.
Mr. Burk was educated in the Ripon Public Schools and was a graduate of Ripon College. He served in the United States Army from 1977 to 1988, and had been employed as a financial planner in Dallas. Mr. Burk has resided in Texas the last five years.
He is survived by one brother, Douglas Burk of Ripon. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 23, 1989, at 2:00 pm at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with the Rev. Harley C.W. Tretow officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
Friends may call Tuesday, May 23, from 1:00 pm until the hour of services at the funeral home.
