Dennis Lee Pfalzgraf, age 56, of Redgranite, WI died after a two-year battle with cancer on Tuesday, October 17, 2000, at his home.
He was born on June 27, 1944, in Oshkosh, son of John Hamman and Margret Harper (Molinski). He attended Oakwood Schools in Oshkosh, and has lived in Waushara County for 19 years. Dennis wa•s a truck driver for Stafford Excavating of Wautoma. He married Kathleen Raatz in Wautoma on March 9, 1987. He was a member of the American Rifle Association, and past member of the Poy Sippi Methodist Church. Dennis loved fishing and hunting.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen (Kitty) Pfalzgraf of Redgranite; and 4 daughters, Peggy Pfalzgraf of Auraville, Mindy Pfalzgraf (Tiffany) of Oshkosh, Kathleen Pfalzgraf, Jr. and Brandy Pfalzgraf, both of Redgranite. Stepchildren include Christina Ohanyan of NY, Eric Tiffany of Auraville, Orin Stein of AR, Orlin Stein of CO, Carrie Anne Lamb and Faith Lamb, both of Redgranite. He is further survived by a sister, Beverly Monroe of Sheboygan; 2 brothers, John (Judy) Pfalzgraf and Carl (Jackie) Pfalzgraf, both of Oshkosh; 3 stepbrothers, George, Neil, and John Harper, all of Oshkosh; stepsister, Judy Hanson of Neenah; 5 grandchildren; other friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, 1 daughter, Cathy, stepfathers, Bud Johannes and George Harper, and stepbrother, Gene Harper.
Funeral service for Dennis Lee Pfalzgraf will be Friday, October 20, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. at the Butzin-MarChaflt Funeral Home, Ripon with Reverend Gregory Carson Decker officiating. Friends may call on Thursday from 5:00-8:00 p.m., and again on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. A memorial has been established.
