Diane Katherine Walgenbach, 37, of Ripon, WI, died unexpectedly December 28, 1994, at Ripon Medical Center.
Diane was born July 17, 1957, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Myron and Rita Hillenbrand Rosenbaum. After graduating from St. Mary’s Springs High School, Diane attended nursing school at Moraine Park Technical School and was a licensed practical nurse. On September 16, 1977, she married Michael Walgenbach in Fond du Lac. They have made their home in Ripon for 16 years and Diane was a loving homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Mike; one daughter, Katherine at home; her mother, Rita Rosenbaum Pedersen and her husband, David of Fond du Lac; her in-laws, Franklin and Maryann Walgenbach of Fond du Lac; two sisters, Chris (John) Byrnes of New Holstein and Barbie (Steve) Hollins of Red Wing, MN; nieces, Cheryl and Kristin and nephew, Jesse. She was preceded in death by her father, Myron and grandparents.
Private family funeral service will be held Saturday at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Reverend William L. Toelle will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon.
The family will receive friends Friday from 4 until 7:30 pm at the funeral home where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 pm.
