Donald Seitzinger

Donald R. Seitzinger, age 89, of Green Lake, passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2010, at Appleton Medical Center, Appleton.
Donald was born in Lawrenceville, IL, on May 29, 1921, the son of Elmer and Mae (Lockwood) Seitzinger. He attended school in Lawrenceville, and served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Donald was a self-employed plumber. He married Esther Livingston in December of 1974, and they made their home in Green Lake.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Esther Seitzinger; two sons, Richard Seitzinger, and Dr. Michael Seitzinger; four grandchildren, Mark Seitzinger, Miranda Luke, Amelia Gonzales, and Matthew Seitzinger; nine great-grandchildren; three step-children, Jerry, Larry and Jim Seitzinger; eight step-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Max Seitzinger; three sisters, Mary Davisson, Jeanne Grindle and Doris Dunning. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers, and four sisters.
A private memorial service will be held for Donald at a later date. Memorial can be given to the American Heart Association, 660 E. Mason, Suite 200, Milwaukee, WI 53202 or to the American Lung Association of Wisconsin, Memorial Program, 13100 W. Lisban Rd. Suite 700, Brookfield, WI 53005-2508.
