Dora Schwandt

Dora Sophia Schwandt, age 98, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 1984, at Parkview Nursing Home in Ripon.
Dora was born May 18, 1886, in the Town of Metomen, WI, the daughter of Gottfried and Augusta (Dahlman) Huth. She married William F. Schwandt on June 21, 1911 until his death on August 12, 1978. Dora worked as a homemaker and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Survivors include two sons, Reverend Roland Schwandt of Edina, MN and Reverend Alton Schwandt of Beatrice, NB; eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter, Edna Belau and infant son.
Visitation for Dora will be held on Friday, October 5, 1984, from 7 – 8:30 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Dora will be held on Saturday, October 6, 1984, at 1:30 pm at Grace Lutheran Church with Reverend Carl Stubenvoll officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Ripon.
