Doris Gruetzmacher

Doris A. Gruetzmacher, age, 83, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2012, at Markesan Residence Home in Markesan.

Doris was born February 25, 1929, in the Town of Mecan, the daughter of Fred and Sadie (Maslowski) Laboyeske. She married Carl Gruetzmacher at St. John’s Catholic Church in Princeton, WI. Doris was a homemaker all of her life.

Survivors include her children, Charles Gruetzmacher of Princeton, WI, Ralph (Sandy) Gruetzmacher of Princeton, WI, Thomas (Karen) Gruetzmacher of Fond du Lac, WI, Steve (Patty) Gruetzmacher of Oshkosh, WI; daughter Susan Gruetzmacher of Oshkosh, WI; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Bille (Donald) Lueptow of Ripon, WI, Alice (Carl) Fredrick of Menomonee Falls, WI, Ruth Lese of Minnesota, and several nieces and nephews. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, husband Carl, brother Clarence, two sisters, Janet and Irene.

Visitation for Doris will be held Saturday, May 19, 2012, from 9:30-11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 415 E. Fond du Lac St., Ripon, WI. 54971

Mass of Christian Burial for Doris A. Gruetzmacher will be held Saturday, May 19, 2012, at 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, in Ripon. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in the town of Ripon. Reverend Robert A. Fictum will officiate. A memorial is being established.
