Doris A. Zaugg, age 77, of Ripon, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center, Oshkosh.
Doris was born on July 31, 1930 the daughter of Fredrick and Laura (Klimke) Malzhan in the Town of Brooklyn. Doris attended Springbrook School; and from 1949 to 1955 she was married Carl Brown, from 1957 to 1973 she was married to Lyle Zaugg. Doris was a past member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon.
Survivors include her children; Delphine Brown of Milwaukee, Ronald Brown of Ripon, Dennis (Mary) Zaugg of Appleton, Justine (Kelly) Neill of Las Vegas, NV, Renee Schabow of Green Bay, and step-daughter Sandra (Philip) Gellings of Lomira, 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters; Irene Albright of Ripon and Illa Neal of Tucson, AZ, 5 brothers; Vern (Ruth) Malzhan of Rush Lake, Rhinold (Shirley) Malzhan of Waupaca, Arnold Malzhan of Berlin, Fred Malzhan of Pickett, and Robert Malzhan of Green Lake, as well as many nieces and nephews. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, 3 grandsons, 2 sisters and 3 brothers.
Visitation for Doris A. Zaugg will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2007 from 2-5 pm at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Friends may also call on Monday at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
Funeral Service for Doris A. Zaugg will be held on Monday, November 26, 2007 at 11:00 am at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Interment will be in Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake. A memorial has been established.
