Dorothy L. Barnhart, age 80, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2002 at Ripon Medical Center.
Dorothy was born April 9, 1922 in Ripon, a daughter to Cyrus and Emma (Wentland) Lyle. She was educated in Ripon and graduated from Ripon College. On March 29, 1947 she married William Barnhart in Pittsburgh, PA. They resided in Ripon most of her life where she was a homemaker. Dorothy was a member of the First Congregational Church of Ripon and St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Ripon. She was also a member of the Ripon Library Club, a volunteer at Ripon Medical Center and had been on the Hospital Board.
Survivors include her husband, William Barnhart of Ripon; and daughter, Kyle (Scott) Guyette of Ripon. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one daughter, Lauriston S. Barnhart.
