Dorothy Boese, 79, of Ripon, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at her home with her family at her side.
Dorothy was born in Fond du Lac on May 7, 1929, the daughter of Ervin and Lillie (Lange) Boese. She attended school in Ripon and worked as a cookie packer at Ripon Foods for 40 years . Dorothy was a Ripon Resident all of her life, and a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon.
Survivors include her half-sister, Pat Gittens of Ripon; and several cousins. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents.
The family wants to thank the doctors and nurses at Mercy Medical Center and the staff at Aurora VNA Hospice team for the wonderful care and compassion given to Dorothy.
As per Dorothy’s wishes there will be a private family Memorial Service on a later date. Inurnment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Ripon.
