Dorothy Eva Sengstock, age 77, of Ripon, WI, died Monday, December 9, 1996, at Michalenes in Ripon.
She was born June 21, 1919, in Bear Creek, a daughter of the late Charles and Eva (Leanna) Pelky. She was educated in the Bear Creek area, and on February 24, 1941, she married Arnold F. Sengstock. Mrs. Sengstock was a housewife, and had lived in the Merton and Green Lake areas most of her life. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon and the Womens Guild.
She is survived by seven children, Beverly (Clarence) Hunkins of Grand Marsh, Lois (Norman) Krueger of Slinger, Keith (Linda) Sengstock of Princeton, Roland Sengstock of Ripon, Dennis (Jeanne) Sengstock of Weyauwega, Allan Sengstock of Stone Bank and Bonnie (Dave) Larsen of Guntersville, AL; twenty grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Anna Boser and Helen Guyette; and two brothers, Fred and Roger Pelky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold; one son, Leon and her parents.
Funeral service will be Thursday, December 12, 1996, at 7 pm at Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon with Reverend Bryan Fritsch officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5 pm until the hour of the service at the church. Burial will be on Friday, December 13, 1996, at the Lisbon-Merton Cemetery in the Town of Lisbon, Waukesha County. A memorial has been established in her name for Messiah Lutheran Church and St. Agnes Hospice.
