Earl John Wilke, age 74, of Ripon, WI, passed away on June 24, 1987, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Earl was born January 13, 1913, in the Town of Metomen, WI, the son of John and Aima (Weber) Wilke. He graduated from Brandon High School and farmed for 10 years, worked for S.Q. for 26 years in assembly and retired in 1977. Earl married Marie Kunert and after her passing in 1943, he married Marion Streblow on November 23, 1946. Earl was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon and also the Speed Queen Retirees Union.
Survivors include his wife, Marion Wilke of Ripon, WI; two daughters, Mrs. Bruce (Marlene) Buslaff of Rosendale, WI and Mrs. Linda (Dennis) Pollesch of Markesan, WI and five grandchildren. Earl was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Marie and two brothers.
Visitation for Earl will be held on Friday, June 26, 1987, from 5 – 7:00 pm at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Earl will be held on Friday, June 26, 1987, at 7:00 pm at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon with the Reverend Carl Stubenvoll officiating. Interment will be held at Reed Coroners Cemetery in the Town of Metomen.
