Ednia A. Schultz, age 85, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Thursday, June 3, 1993, at Sunnyview Village Nursing Home in Princeton, WI.
She was born July 7, 1907, in Berlin, the daughter of Floyd and Ednia (Malcolm) Root. She was a 1925 graduate from Green Lake High School. On June 20, 1942, she married George Schultz. Mrs. Schultz and her husband resided in Green Lake all their married life. Edina was a bookkeeper for Wisconsin Power and Light for 36 years, retiring in 1967.
In addition to her husband George, she is survived by one daughter, Phyllis (DuWayne) Bloch of Green Lake; two granddaughters, DEtta (Guy) McMillan of Arlington Heights, IL and Elizabeth Pettack of Green Lake; and two great-granddaughters, Virginia and Deanna Pettack. One brother, three half-sisters and three half-brothers preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 7, 1993, at 4:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. The Reverend Kent A. Meyer will officiate. Interment will be in Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake. The family will receive friends Monday from 2:30 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
