Edith Mae Krause, age 89, of Ripon, WI, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 1993, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 16, 1904, in Lake Mills, WI, the daughter of Eugene and Angeline (Owen) Crump. She was educated in Berlin and after attending two years of college, she taught public school. On January 7, 1926, she married Ralph Krause in Waukegan, IL.
In addition to her husband Ralph, she is survived by two daughters, Dolores (Bernard) Shultz of Green Lake and Shirley (James) Riviers of Ripon; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Helen Grasser of Oshkosh. She was preceded in death by one son, two brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 30, 1993, at 1:30 p.m. at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. The Reverend James D. Mohr will officiate. Interment will be in Loper Cemetery, town of Ripon.
The family will receive friends from 2 until 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
