Edith Stubenvoll, age 83, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 1984 at Parkview Nursing Home in Ripon.
Edith was born on July 24, 1900 in Baileyville, IL, the daughter of Henry and Dena (Buske) Dikkers. She was a graduate of Baileyville High School and has lived in Ripon since 1961. On May 2, 1920, she married Reverend C.F. Stubenvoll in Windom, MN. Edith was a member of Grace Lutheran Church of Ripon as well as Ladies Aide.
Edith is survived by her son, Rev. Carl L. Stubenvoll of Ripon, WI; daughter, Eleanor (Donald) Luehrsen of Reedsburg, WI; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Rev. John Dikkers of SD; and a sister, Henrietta Johnson of Windom, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend C.F. Stubenvoll on August 8, 1976.
Visitation for Edith will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm on Saturday, June 23, 1984 at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Funeral service for Edith will be held at 11:00 am on Sunday, June 24, 1984 at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon, with Reverend Arlin Adams and Rev. Harold D. Gluth officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Clintonville, WI. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Edith's name.
