Edward Bud Ziesmer, 70, of Hwy 23, Coach Light Park, Town of Brooklyn, passed away suddenly Tuesday, November 22, 1994, at his home.
He was born May 24, 1924, in the Town of Rosendale, a son of Fred and Mable (Granger) Ziesmer. On September 30, 1944, he married Joyce Nimmeman in Ripon. Bud had worked at Speed Queen, was a farmer, a truck driver for Jahnke & Schultz of Ripon, and most recently drove the Yachts of Fun for Heidel House in Green Lake. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon and was an avid hunter.
He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce; loving daughter, Jane Lafler of Berlin; and two sons, Ron (Linda) Ziesmer of Green Lake and Jerry (Peggy) Ziesmer of Ripon. Additional survivors include three grandchildren, Julie, Brent and Mark, and his sister, Eloise Weckwerth all of Ripon. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Mrs. Catherine Weckwerth of Westfield.
Funeral Service for Edward Bud Ziesmer will be held Friday at 1 pm at Grace Lutheran Church of Ripon.
Family and friends may call Friday from 11 am until the time of the service at the church. Cremation will follow.
