Edward Przybyl

Edward Anthony Przybyl, age 86, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2012, at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee.
Ed was born April 4, 1925, in Ripon, the son of John and Josephine (Pralat) Przybyl. He graduated from Ripon High School and went to serve our country in the United States Navy from September 1943 – 1945. On September 24, 1947, Ed married Gertrude Vogt in Ripon at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. He was an inspector for 35 years at Speed Queen and retired in 1991 from the company. Ed was a Boy Scout Leader, a past member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon.
Survivors include his children, Dale (Mary) Przybyl of Milwaukee, WI, Sandra (Jeffery) Mueller of Ripon, WI, Kenneth (Patricia) Przybyl of Christ Church, VA, Renee (Gary) Waters of Ripon, WI, Sherry Buhrow of Ripon, WI; brothers, Florian (Maryann) Przybyl, Clarence Przybyl, David (Lorriane) Przybyl, Philip (Judy) Przybyl; 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. Ed was preceded in death by his parents; wife, sister, Agnes Lehman and grandchild, Jeffery Mueller, Jr.
Visitation for Edward Przybyl will be held Wednesday, January 18, 2012, from 4 – 7:30 pm with a prayer service at 7:30 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971 and again on Thursday, January 19, 2012, from 9:30 – 10:30 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 415 E. Fond du Lac St., Ripon, WI 54971.
Mass of Christian Burial for Edward Przybyl will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at 10:30 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon. Reverend Robert A. Fictum will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon. A memorial is being established.
