Edward J. Sina, age 73, of Ripon, WI, passed away on February 13, 1988, in Sarasota, Fl.
Edward was born on March 9, 1914, in Fond du Lac County, the son of Roman and Victoria (Prallat) Sina. He attended school in Ripon, and lived there most of his life. On June 10, 1941, he married Loraine Heinle in Elkhorn, WI. Edward was a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Ripon.
Edward is survived by his wife, Loraine; four sons: Daniel and Ronald of Ripon, WI, John of Brandon, WI, and Kenneth of Northfield, MN; one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Soda of Ripon; 15 grandchildren; four brothers: Paul, Roy, and Heinie of Ripon, and Norbert of Pickett; and two sisters, Margaret Kasuboski and Florence Smoody of Ripon. He is preceded in death by his parents; one son; one brother; and two sisters.
A visitation for Edward will be held from 3:00 to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, February 17, 1988, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 8:00 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, February 18, 1988, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, with Reverend William Toelle officiating. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in the Town of Ripon.
