Einar R. Olsen, age 76, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, December 7, 1984 at his home.
Einar was born on November 21, 1908 in Saxesville, WI, the son of Peter and Inger (Madsen) Olsen. He was educated in Racine, WI, and has lived in Ripon since 1955. On April 30, 1954 he married Faye Marsh. Einar was a professional wrestler and wrestling promoter.
Einar is survived by his wife, Faye Marsh; two sons, George of Minneapolis and Wynn of Ripon; a daughter, Betty (R.J.) Riley of Portland, OR; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Olaf and Ted both of Racine; and two sisters, Emma Jensen of Van Nuys, CA and Helga Mausing of Racine.
Visitation for Einar will be held from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Sunday, December 9, 1984 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral services for Einar will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, December 10, 1984 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with Reverend James D. Mohr officiating. Interment will follow in Reeds Corner Cemetery, Town of Metomen, WI.
