Elaine E. Prelwitz, age 82, of Berlin, WI, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 1992, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton.
She was born December 2, 1909, in Redgranite, WI, the daughter of John and Hannah (Swenson) Samuelson. She was educated in Redgranite, and on August 15, 1927, she married George Prelwitz. He preceded her in death in 1968.
She is survived by two sons, Richard of Alabaster, Alabama and William of Ripon; three daughters, Phyllis Lueck of Ripon, Sally Weir of Redgranite and Doris Raab of Oshkosh; fourteen grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Prelwitz will be held Saurday, March 21, 1992, at 2:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. The Reverend Dean Peterson will officiate and interment will follow in the Foster Road Cemetery in Redgranite. Friends may call Saturday from 12:00 noon until the hour of services at the funeral home.
