Eleanor Prellwitz

Eleanor Alice Prellwitz, age 88, formerly of Ripon, and presently residing in Berlin, died Thursday, October 18, 2001.
Eleanor was born September 15, 1913, in Berlin, a daughter to Claude and Nancy Belle (Ferguson) Corner. She graduated from Berlin High School in 1931, and was a graduate from Green Lake County Normal in 1933, receiving a Teaching Certificate. In June of 1933, she married Harry J. Prellwitz at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Ripon. Eleanor was a homemaker and was employed as a clerk at Katherine’s Ladies Dress Shop for many years.
Survivors include Sons, Richard Wayne (Barbara) Prellwitz of Menasha, James Harry (Nancy) Prellwitz of Wales, Jerry Thomas (Laurie) Prellwitz of Green Bay, eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Harry.
Friends may call from 10:00 – 1:00 pm on Monday, October 22, 2001 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Service will be 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Reverend JoAnn Schoblaski of the Federated Church of Berlin officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Berlin. Memorials may be directed to Brown/Wilcox, 347 E. Huron, Berlin 54923.
