Ella Manthei, age 100, of Ripon, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 1987, at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Fond du Lac, WI.
Ella was born on February 1, 1887, in Princeton, WI, the daughter of Albert and Tina (Wegner) Gelhar. She married Ernest Manthei in 1948.
She is survived by, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Ella is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest; and her son.
Funeral Service for Ella will be held at 1:00 pm, on Wednesday, September 16, 1987, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon, with Reverend Mohr officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Ripon.
