Elma Dallmann

Mrs. Elma J. Dallmann, age 95, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 1991, at Parkview Care Center, Ripon.

Mrs. Dallmann was born May 20, 1896, in Sussex, Washington Co., a daughter of Albert and Sophia Weaver Brandt. On May 18, 1921, she married Herbert W. Dallmann. Before moving to Brandon in 1929, they had farmed in the Township of Metomen. She was a bookkeeper at the Standard Station in Brandon that she and her husband owned. In 1974, they moved to Russell Manor, Ripon. She and her husband were privileged to enjoy 64 years of happy married life. She was widowed on January 16, 1986. The last five years she has made her home with Ray and Alice Miller of Fairwater.

Mrs. Dallmann was a former member of the Methodist Church of Sussex and was a member of the Brandon United Methodist Church. She was very active in church work both at Sussex and Brandon.

Other than one god-daughter, Susan Finch of Ripon, there are no immediate survivors.

Funeral services for Elma Dallmann will be held Monday, July 15, 1991, at 11:00 a.m. at the Brandon United Methodist Church. The Reverend B. Bradley Green will officiate. Interment will follow in the Brandon Cemetery, Brandon. Friends may call Sunday, July 14, 1991, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services at the church.
