Elmer Victor Dudzinske, age 67, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, August 26, 1985, at Waupun Memorial Hospital.
Elmer was born October 5, 1917, in Ripon, WI, the son of Thomas and Leona (Borchert) Dudzinske. He served our country in the United States Army during WWII, at the European Theater in the 32nd Division. Elmer worked as a custodian for the Ripon schools and was a guard at Central State Prison in Waupun. He also drove bus for Edmunds Bus Service in Waupun and was a bartender for Koogs Keg in Waupun. Elmer was a member of Our Saviours United Church of Christ, Ripon Red Arrow, American Legion and the V.F.W.
Survivors include two sons, Walter of New Holstein, WI and Daniel of Beaver Dam, WI; four daughters, Kathleen (Robert) Ryan of Oakfield, WI, Laura (Dale) Loeffler of Beaver Dam, WI, Patricia (Hilbert) Genz of Burnett, WI and Mary (Robert) Wheeler of Beaver Dam, WI; one sister, Eunice (Herbert) Baumgardt of Ripon and ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation for Elmer will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 1985, from 6 9:00 pm with a V.F.W. and American Legion Service at 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home.
Funeral Service for Elmer will be held on Thursday, August 29, 1985, at 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Reverend James Mohr officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
