Elmer Edwin Miller, age 81, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 1986, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Elmer was born March 10, 1905, in Green Lake, WI, the son of Julius Albert and Bertha (Schram) Miller. He was educated in Green Lake. Elmer worked as a carpenter and contractor. On October 9, 1927, he married Viola Kinzel. He was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church and the Men’s Club.
Survivors include his wife, Viola; two daughter, Lois (Ronald) Pape of St. Joseph, MI and Beverly (Robert) Kavasch of Dearborn, MI; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and three brothers, Arnold, Edward and Norman Miller all of Ripon, WI. Elmer was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Visitation for Elmer will be held on Sunday, March 23, 1986, from 3 – 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Elmer will be held on Monday, March 24, 1986, at 11:00 am at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church with Reverend Elmer Semenske officiating. Interment will follow at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake. A memorial has been established.
