Elva I. Potter, age 91, of Ripon, WI, died March 8, 1989, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
She was born December 5, 1896, in Ripon, WI, to John and Amelia (Busse) Prill. She was educated in Ripon. On September 26, 1923, she married Raymond Potter. Elva worked at Clerk & Mattice & Foster and at Chipmans for many years. She was a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon.
Survivors include one son, Bob (Marilyn) of Brookfield; one daughter, Mary Jean (Glenn) Dreger of Ripon; three grandchildren, Michael, Linda and Laurie Potter and one niece, Marion Hyde of Ripon. Elva was preceded in death by her husband and sister.
Visitation for Elva will be held Friday, March 10, 1989, from noon to 2:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Elva will be held Friday, March 10, 1989, at 2:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with the Reverend Harley C.W. Tretow. Interment will follow at Loper Cemetery in Ripon.
