Elvira “Vera” B. Bebeau, 81, of Green Lake, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2009, at her home in Green Lake, with her family at her side.
Vera was born in Milwaukee on July 18, 1928, the daughter of Steven and Rose (Ruegg) Frasheski. She graduated from West Division in Milwaukee. Vera worked for Briggs & Stratton as a quality control inspector. She was a member of the Homemakers West Shore Swinger, and the Princeton Garden Club.
Survivors include her husband John “Jack” Bebeau of Green Lake, her children, Lee (Jill) McAndrew, Barbra Lasky, Laura (Larry) Brown, Gary (Michelle) Bebeau, and John S. (Jill) Bebeau. She is further survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her nephew James Frasheski. Vera was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Leo Frasheski and his wife Lisa Frasheski.
Visitation for Vera B. Bebeau will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2009, from 1 to 3:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Per her wishes, there will be no funeral service. Memorials can be given to the American Cancer Society, Midwest Division, 3311 S. Packerland Dr. DePere, WI 54115, in her name.
