Elvira E. Fox, 95, of Ripon, passed away Monday evening, April 11, 1994, at Parkview Care Center, Ripon.
She was born February 10, 1899, in the Town of Manchester, a daughter to the late Herman and Emma (Jahnke) Fox. She was educated in Green Lake County. She had lived in the Ripon area most of her life. Elvira had been a floor lady at the former Ripon Advertisers for over 50 years. She was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, and was a member of the Mary Martha Circle for over 45 years. She was a member of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union.
Survivors include one brother, Wilbur Fox and one sister, Edna Baker, both of Ripon. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Visitation for Elvira E. Fox will be held on Thursday from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service at the church.
Funeral services for Elvira E. Fox will be Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Ripon. The Reverend Ray Steger will officiate. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Ripon.
