Emma Augusta Hoffman, age 86, died Sunday, June 2, 1996, at Bethany Home in Waupaca.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Marie Jahnke of Green Lake and Darlene (Robert) Engbretson of Waupaca; 1 son, Donald (Edith) Hoffman of Amherst; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Emma was born March 29, 1910, in Stetsonville, a daughter to Leo and Marie (Raasch) Perlick. She attended school in Stetsonville, and on June 12, 1930, she married Carl Hoffman in Stetsonville. Mr. Hoffman passed away on March 12, 1988. Mrs. Hoffman was a homemaker, and lived most of her life in Wisconsin. In later years, she lived in Omro and in Green Lake. Mrs. Hoffman was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Green Lake. She was preceded in death by her husband, 5 sisters, 1 brother, and her parents.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 5, 1996, at 11 A.M. at Peace Lutheran Church, Green Lake. The Reverend Rodney E. Dietsche will officiate and interment will follow in Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 A. M. until the hour of the service at the church.
Memorials may be given in her name to the Library Fund for Peace Lutheran School, Green Lake.
