Emma Twamley

October 28, 1906 — March 27, 1996

Enma I. Twamley passed away Wednesday, March 27, 1996, at Parkview Care Center, Ripon.

She was born in Green Lake, the daughter of George and Dena Yahr. She was raised in Chicago, receiving her education there and completing it at the University of Wisconsin, after which she became Newspaper and Radio Publicity writer for a Milwaukee Advertising Agency. She was married to Harold Twamley in 1936, and upon retirement they moved to Green Lake where he preceded her in death in 1976. Emma was a member of the Green Lake Federated Church, Ripon-Green Lake Chapter Order of The Eastern Star, and the 20th Century Club of Green Lake.

There are no immediate survivors, but she leaves loving and caring cousins and friends.

Services will be at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon Saturday, March 30, 1996, at 1:00 P.M. with the Reverend James M. Logan officiating. Interment will be in the Princeton City Cemetery, Princeton.

Visitation will be on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the service at the funeral home.
