Erna Leitz, age 88, Ripon, WI, passed away on January 2, 1993, at Parkview Care Center in Ripon.
She was born May 14, 1904, in the Town of Green Lake, WI, the daughter of William Gallert Sr. and Bertha (Moderow) Gallert. Erna was educated at Shady Nook School in Green Lake and was a housewife following her marriage to Fred Leitz.
Survivors include one brother, Clarence of Princeton, and one niece, Vivian (Ray) Gorden of St. Peter, WI. She was preceded in death by her husband and three brothers.
Funeral Services for Erna Leitz will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 1993 at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home of Ripon with The Reverend Bryan Fritsch officiating. Interment will follow in Green Lake Center Cemetery in the Town of Green Lake. Friends may call from 1:30 p.m. until the hour of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
