Ernest A. Kent, age 52, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, September 21, 1953, at his home.
Ernest was born September 18, 1901, in Necedah, WI, the son of Willard and Ethel (Crew) Kent. He was educated at Necedah High School. Ernest married Violet Genzmer on May 4, 1928 in Fond du Lac. He worked as a Railroad Agent. Ernest was a member of R.A.M. F&A.M. and O.E.S.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Clark Porter both of Ripon; two sisters, Mrs. Ernest Chambers of Milwaukee and Mrs. Lester Herbert of Fond du Lac.
Friends may call on Tuesday, September 22, 1953, after 12:00 noon at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Ernest will be held on Thursday, September 24, 1953, at 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon with Reverend D.D. Butler officiating. Interment will take place at Graceland Cemetery in Mayville, WI.
