Ernest Rieck

Ernest Julius Rieck, age 69, of Eldorado, WI, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 1955, as a result of a car accident.
Ernest was born January 16, 1886, in Germany, the son of John and Ottilia (Menning) Rieck. On October 30, 1907, he married Ella Wasmund. Ernest retired as a farmer.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Ida Riedeman of Ripon and Mrs. Walter Smith of Green Lake. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella.
Friends may call on Thursday, October 20, 1955, after 12:00 noon at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Ernest will be held on Friday, October 21, 1955, at 2:00 pm at Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale with The Reverend Phillip Metzler officiating. Interment will take place at Rosendale Cemetery in the Village of Rosendale.
