Esther L. Pelletier, age 85, Dunnellon, Florida, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at Crystal River, Florida.
She was born July 31, 1920, at home in Rural Ripon, WI, a daughter to Adolph and Louise (Kobernick) Hilke. Esther attended country school in Ripon. She married Joseph J. Pelletier in 1946 in Milwaukee. She was a housewife and worked as a motel manager. She was a member of Gallilee Lutheran Church in Pewaukee, WI, King of Glory Lutheran Church, and The Senior Sun Coast Singles in New Port Richey, Florida.
She is survived by 2 sons, Michael of Portage, MI, and Gerald of Madison, WI; 1 daughter, April L. Grove of Dunnellon, FL; 7 grandsons, Michael Grove, Council Bluffs, IA, Sean, Aaron, Caleb, and Daniel Pelletier, all of Portage, MI, Stephen Pelletier of Madison, WI, and Matthew Pelletier of Grays Lake, IL; 6 granddaughters, Luana Harman of Dunnellon, FL, Amy, Michelle, Sarah, and Jeanette Pelletier all of Portage, MI., and Tiana Bechtold of Virginia Beach, VA; 6 great-grandchildren, Samantha and Paige Harman, Larina, Aidan, and Camden Pelletier, and Valan Bechtold, and 1 sister, Dora Brogle. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Hank and Elmer Hilke, and sister Edna Hilke.
VISITATION for Esther L. Pelletier will be Thursday, June 29, 2006, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, and again on Friday morning, June 30, 2006 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
FUNERAL SERVICE for Esther L. Pelletier will be held Friday, June 30, 2006, at 11:00 a.m., at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with Pastor Sandra Krynik officiating. Interment will follow in Dartford Cemetery in the City of Green Lake, WI. A memorial has been established.
