Eugene Alfred Pischke, age 71, of Ripon, WI. passed at Ripon Medical Center on February 14, 2009.
He was born on May 27, 1937, to Alfred and Ione (Zimmerman) Pischke. He attended grade school at Peace Lutheran Church and graduated from Green Lake High School in 1955. Eugene married Kathleen Joyce Jordan on May 1, 1987. He was a charter member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon, served for 8 years as a Sgt. in the 32nd infantry, Red Arrow Division, worked for Speed Queen for 30 years, and also was manager of paper delivery for the Milwaukee Journal and the Journal Sentinel for many years. He played softball, coached and umpired little league baseball.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Joyce; mother, Ione; children, James (Susan) Yagler of Fond du lac; Judith (Gordon) Hoffman of Ripon; Daniel Pischke of Fond du lac; Robert (Martha) Pischke of Tucson, AZ.; John Pischke of Tuscon, AZ; Ervin (Shelly) Jordan of Packwaukee; Kenny Jordan of Westfield; Kim (Rick) England of Des Moines, Iowa; Karen (John) Jones of Yuba, WI.; Patti (Steven) Hansen of Westfield; sisters, Darlene (Albert) Schmidt of Westfield; Sharon Timm of Green Lake; brother DuWayne (Linda) Pischke of Green Lake; sister-in-law, Joan Reger of Ripon; 11 grand children, and five great-grand babies. He was proceded in death by his father, and grandparents.
Visitation for Eugene Pischke will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 from 9:00 to 12:00 p.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Eugene Pischke will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon with Reverend Bryan Fritsch officiating. Internment will be held in Oak Hill Cemetery, Packwaukee. A memorial has been established in his name.
