Eunice Arlene Lindsay, 73, of Appleton, formerly of Ripon, died April 16, 1998, at Rennes Health Center in Appleton after a short stay.
She was born April 20, 1924, in Antigo, a daughter to Arthur R. and Wild a V. (Hansen) Hoke. She was a 1941, graduate of Antigo High School. On May 8, 1942, she married Keith Roy Lindsay of Antigo. They lived in Ripon and Eunice worked in the laundry at Parkview Nursing Home.
She is survived by her children, Bruce A. (Peggy) Lindsay of Dale, Karen J. Lindsay of Appleton and Bryan K. Lindsay of Green Bay; 4 grandchildren, Colleen (Grant) Billings, Kelly (Robert) Block, Andrew Lindsay and Adam Lindsay:1 great-granddaughter, Alyssa Billings; and 2 brothers, Wesley Hoke of Midway, GA and Melvin Hoke of MN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Roy Lindsay in November 1973, father, Arthur R. Hoke in March 1989, mother, Wilda V. Hoke in December 1996, and brother, Russell Hoke in March 1960.
Memorial service will be held Sunday, April 26, 1998, at 3:00 PM at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon with Pastor James Downs officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home. lnurnment will be at a later date.
