Everett “Roy” Davis, age 64 of Fond du Lac, died August 10, 1998, in Fond du Lac.
He was born January 21, 1934, in Brandon, a son to Percy and Edna (KroII) Davis. He attended Brandon Schools, and had worked for Mid-States Aluminum and Holiday Inn in Fond du Lac. He had been retired due to health reasons. Roy had been an active member of the Oakfield Conservation Club foi many years.
Survivors include 4 brothers, Gordon (Pearl) Davis of Saulk City, Ken (Sharon) Davis of Sheboygan, Mary (Janice) Davis of Brandon and Ron (Sandy) Davis of Fond du Lac; 5 sisters, Shirley (Vern) Shanley of Smith Center, KS, Elizabeth Marquart of Ripon, Loretta (Jim) Howard of West Branch, Ml, Lois (Warren) Stone of Colorado Springs, CO and Joan (Lee) Stibb of Ripon; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and I brother, Warren Davis of Markesan.
A memorial service will be held Friday, August 21, 1998, at 11:00 AM at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon with the Reverend David Busker officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home. lnurnment will be in the Omro Cemetery, Omro. A memorial has been established.
