Everett M. Stanbery, age 75, of Markesan, WI, passed away on Monday, November 3, 1986, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Everett was born January 22, 1911 in Loami, IL, the son of Leander and Mayme (Stevens) Stanbery. He married Hazel Byars on October 16, 1931. Everett worked as a Carpenter for John Tilton Construction. He was a member of Carpenters & Joiners of America, American Trap Shooters Association. He won the Illinois State Champion in 1967 and was an avid fisherman.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel; three sons, Robert of Joliet, IL, Donald of Malta, IL and Jerry of Ripon; one daughter, Wilma (Galen) Mishler of Sycamore, IL; 25 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one brother, Archie of Pana, IL and one sister, Ethel Gustafson of Rockford, IL. He was preceded in death by one son, two grandsons and five brothers.
Visitation for Everett will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 1986, from 6 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon and again on Thursday, November 6, 1986, from 12 2:00 pm at Ronan-Moore Funeral Home in DeKalb, IL.
Funeral Service for Everett will be held on Thursday, November 6, 1986, at 2:00 pm at Ronan-Moore Funeral Home in DeKalb, IL at 2:00 pm with Reverend Ronald J. Miles officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Gardens in DeKalb, IL.
