She is survived by two brothers and four sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. William Mackoske.
Prayer service will be held Tuesday, Novemer 21, 2000, at 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with Father John A. Schmitz officiating. Burial will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Beaver Dam.
