Florence Kunde

Mrs. Florence R. Kunde, age 91, of Ripon, WI, passed away on July 4, 1993, at Parkview Care Center in Ripon.
Mrs. Kunde was born May 18, 1902 in Green Lake Co. the daughter of John and Anna (Strelow) Gedlinski. She was educated in Rosendale and taught in a rural school in the Rosendale area. On May 2, 1926, she married Hubert Kunde. She was a member of Our Saviour’s Church of Christ in Ripon and of the Ladies Guild.
Mrs. Kunde is survived by five daughters; Mrs. Jean (Gerald) Schueller, of Princeton, Mrs. Ann (Arthur) Wienke of Rogers, Arkansas, Mrs. Marilyn Kurtz of Milwaukee, Mrs. Dorothy Schulties of Menomonee Falls, WI, Mrs. Carol (Kenneth) Wittchow of Ripon. Also surviving are two nephews, Robert Gedlinski of Iowa City, Iowa and David Gedlinski of Fond du Lac, WI; 22 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother, Leo Gedlinski, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Florence R. Kunde will be held on Wednesday, July 7, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon, with the Reverend Debra Rosa-Meyer officiating. Interment will follow in Rosendale Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
