Florence Elsa Luker, 86, Ripon, WI, and formerly of Rush Lake, died January 28, 1994, at Ripon Medical Center.
She was born July 22, 1907, in Green Lake County, the daughter of the late Fredrick and Anna Jahns Klawitter. She was educated in Rush Lake. On June 29, 1929, Florence married Howard Luker. He preceded her in death on September 24, 1970. Florence was a housewife and a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon and the Womens Guild. She had lived in the Ripon area all of her life.
Survivors include one son, Lyndon (Dolores) Luker of Ripon; four grandchildren, Dean, Duane, Julie and Karen Luker and one great-granddaughter, Sonia. She was preceded in death by her husband and one son, Donald.
Funeral Service for Mrs. Luker will be 2 pm Monday, January 31, 1994, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Reverend James D. Mohr will officiate. Interment will be in Nepeuskun Cemetery in the Town of Nepeuskun.
Visitation is from noon Monday until the time of services at the funeral home. A memorial has been established for the Womens Guild of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ.
