Floyd Blodgett

Floyd Arnette Blodgett, age 86, of Russell Manor, currently of Parkview Care Center since this past September, died Tuesday, December 21, 1999, at Ripon Medical Center.
He was born August 20, 1913, in Beloit, a son to Fred and Bessie (Palmer) Blodgett. He received his schooling in Clinton, and on June 24, 1940, he married Roberta Easterling. Floyd was a machinist at the Falk Corp. in Milwaukee for 35 years.
Survivors include his wife, Roberta of Ripon; 3 sons, Wayne (Linda) Blodgett of Oconomowoc, Dennis (Starr) Blodgett of Fennimore and Stanley Blodgett of Waupun; 3 grandchildren, Bill (Nicole), Jason and Kimberly; 2 great-grandchildren, Katie and Molly Rose; and 1 brother, Ted Blodgett of Leesburg, FL. He was preceded in death by his mother and father.
Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 AM until time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake. A memorial has been established.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM the Thursday, December 23, 1999, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with the Rev. J. Douglas Hanback officiating.
