Floyd Grant Buckelew Jr, 70, Ripon, died Sunday, April 19, 1998, at Ripon Medical Center.
He was born May 7, 1927, in Howell, Ml, a son of the late Floyd and Geneva (Mahaffey) Buckelew Sr. He was educated in Brighton, Ml. He had spent most of his life in Ripon. On December 20, 1950, he married the former Nila Maifrey. Floyd had worked at the Schultz Honey Farm and Admanco of Ripon before retiring.
He is survived by 1 son, Charles Buckelew of Ripon; 3 brothers, Lawrence and Ronald Buekelew, both of Howell, Ml, and Leonard Buckelew of Brighton, Ml; and 3 sisters, Marjorie Buckelew and Shirley Breslin, both of Howell, Ml and Sylvia Stead of Clewiston, FL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nila, 2 children, Katherine & Bruce, and 1 sister, Dorothy.
Funeral service will be Friday, April 24, 1998, at 11 AM at the
Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon with the Rev. David Busker officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 23 from 3 until 7 PM at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home and again on Friday from 10 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home. lnurnment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon.
