Frank T. Schneckenberg, 88, of Ripon, died Wednesday, March 31, 1999, at Parkview Care Center where he had lived since December of 1992.
He was born May 10, 1910, in Ripon, a son to Paul and Rosalie (Deitrich) Schneckenberg. He was educated in Ripon, and later served in the Armed Forces during WWII. On April 25, 1936 he married Helen D. Fromholtz. Frank was a foreman on the sub-assembly line at Speed Queen. He had lived in Ripon most of his life, enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports and gardening, and was a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church.
He is survived by 1 son, Eugene Schneckenberg and 1 brother, John Schneckenberg, both of Ripon, 1 niece and 1 nephew. Preceding him in death were his wife, Helen in 1983, brothers and sisters.
A Prayer Service will be held Tuesday, April 13, 1999, at 2 PM at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon with Father Robert A. Fictum officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 13 from 1 PM until the time of the service, Interment will be in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Town of Ripon. Memorials may be given for Memorial Masses in his name.
