Frank C. Zech, age 89, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 1984, at Parkview Nursing Home in Ripon.
Frank was born December 2, 1894, in Rush Lake, WI, the son of William and Emilie (Dahlke) Zech. He married Edna Zamzow in November of 1917 in Berlin. Frank was a railroad worker as a station boss and a farmer. He was a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon.
Survivors include his wife, Edna; four daughters, Edythe (Glenn) Schattschneider of Brandon, WI, Grace (Albert) Schattschneider of Ripon, WI, Ruby (Walter) Vollbrecht of New Mexico and Vera Wepner of Ripon, WI; one son, David of Brandon, WI, 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one brother, Emil Zech of Ripon. He was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Visitation for Frank will be held on Friday, March 9, 1984, from 6 – 9:00 pm, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Frank will be held on Saturday, March 10, 1984, at 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Reverend James Mohr officiating. Interment will follow at Nepeuskun Cemetery in the Town of Nepeuskun.
