Fred Bremer

Fred W. Bremer, age 84, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Thursday, March 4, 1954, at Ripon Municipal Hospital.

Fred was born December 18, 1869, in Green Lake County, WI, the son of Frederick and Hannah (Schaeler) Bremer. He lived in Green Lake County and the Town of Rosendale for 30 years. On September 1, 1896, Fred married Ina Belle Crook in Green Lake. He worked as a farmer for his whole life.

Survivors include his wife, Ida; one daughter, Mrs. Harry Mieske of Brandon and one son, Oren of the Town of Rosendale; one brother, Edward Bremer of Arcadia, CA; on grandchild and three great grandchildren.

Friends may call on Friday, March 5, 1954, after 12:00 noon at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.

Funeral Service for Fred will be held on Saturday, March 6, 1954, at 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home with The Reverend Roger Marquitte officiating. Interment will take place at Green Lake Center Cemetery in the Town of Green Lake.
