Frederick Lehman

April 30, 1922 — November 6, 2000

Frederick Robert Lehman, 78, of Ripon, died Monday morning, November 6, 2000, at Ripon Medical Center.

He was born March 30, 1922, in Ripon, a son to Herman and Adela (Vosse) Lehman. He graduated from Ripon High School, and later served in the Army during WWII. On April 17, 1942, he married Lucille Lukoski. Fred farmed in the Ripon area and also was an auctioneer for Equity Livestock Corporation of Wisconsin. Mr. Lehman was a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Lucille Lehman; 1 daughter, Ellen Kay (Lawrence) McNally of Woodstock, IL; 1 brother, Russell (Virginia) Lehman of Ripon; numerous nieces & nephews; and grand-nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Nelson, Lester & Kenneth Lehman, and 2 sisters, Isabelle Lehman and Ruth Badtke.

Funeral service for Frederick Lehman will be Thursday, November 9, 2000, at 11 a.m. at Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ with Reverend Rebecca A. Johnston officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, and again on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Town of Ripon.
