Gene Zamzow

Gene Allen Zamzow, age 49, of 665 E. Jackson St., Ripon, died unexpectedly Saturday, July 11, 1998, at Ripon Medical Center.
He was born February 1, 1949, a son of the late Harvey and Gwen (Ploenzke)
Zamzow. He was a graduate of Ripon High School. Gene has operated the
Zamzow Auto Trim and Upholstery Shop for the past 20 years. He attended
Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon, and was a member of the R.A.C.E.
Club and the Modular Railroad Club of Ripon.
He is survived by I brother, Brian (Patty) Zamzow of Ripon; a half-sister, Kelly (Joe) Gomez of Wautoma and a half-brother, Tony Bacon of Oshkosh; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 14, 1998, from 4 until 7 PM at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 7 PM at the funeral home with the Reverend David Busker officiating. Private interment will be in the Nepeuskun Cemetery, Town of Nepeuskun. A memorial has been established.
