Genevieve Priske

Genevieve D. Priske, age 82 of Green Lake, WI died July 2, 1998, at All About Life Rehabilitation Center in Fond du Lac. She was born January 8, 1916, in Green Lake, the daughter of David and Albina Greenway. She was a graduate of St Mary’s Springs Academy of Fond du Lac. She worked for the county agent at the Green Lake County Courthouse until she married Norman Priske in 1942. She later worked for Tuscumbia Pro Shop as manager for several years. Genevieve was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake and the American Legion Auxiliary, and she loved to garden.

She is survived by her husband Norman, 1 son Steven (Marcia) of Dallas, Texas; 2 daughters Pamela of Green Lake and Teresa of Appleton; 1 grandson Robert Priske; 1 brother John David (Mary Beth) Greenway; and 1 daughter-in-law Barbara Priske.

She was preceded in death by 1 son David, and her parents David and Albina Greenway.

Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:00 AM Monday, July 6, 1998,
at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake with Father John
Dowd officiating. There will be no visitation. Interment will be in Dartford
Cemetery in Green Lake. A Memorial has been established.
